What makes ANC different from other partnering or franchising companies?
· ANC does NOT require you to pay thousands of dollars in franchising fees
· ANC DOES provide training for all companies that decide to partner with our company
· ANC DOES provide you and your company with on-going support.
· ANC views other companies as PARTNERS not Employees
Is there a Catch?????
Many janitorial services believe there must be a catch if you are not pouring out your life savings in order to partner with a national company…actually you don’t have to.
Please read below as to what ANC requires for any commercial cleaning company to partner with us.
Must be Bonded and Insured
Must complete an online survey to evaluate your experience and where you would best be placed
Must complete a W-9 Form and be responsible for your own taxes
Must complete 2 year non-compete agreement
Will be responsible for a $350 membership annual fee which includes certification, training, and on-going membership privileges.
Will be responsible to purchase logo ANC t-shirts ($12 each) for each employee that will be working on an ANC site
Must maintain an on-site professionalism,
Understand that the customer is always right. We are a customer service based company.
So what is the Yearly Membership Fee entail?
The $350 yearly fee includes on-going membership privileges, such as training and on-going support. We provide the contract(s) to your company at no additional costs to you.
